The Bathrobe Economist

I'm an Assistant Professor in Finance in London. My research interests are in Information Theory and Information Collection as applied to Finance and Economics. I did my Ph.D. in Economics at Columbia, under the guidance of Ricardo Reis. 

I started this blog to try to explain research (mine and others') I find interesting to a general audience as it relates to current events. 

My other interests include piano, basketball, and yoga.

I really enjoy a good bathrobe.
